Tatsuo Otsutsuki is an 15 year old ANBU member from the village hidden in the leaves, who possess the Curse of Redemption. He is an orphan child who lives with his childhood friends grandmother. Tatsuo is also a descendant of the younger son of the Sage of Six Paths.
Tatsuo has a protective and supportive personality. He can be very violent and tends to get into fights (which are usually caused by strong emotions) but is actually kindhearted. He supports his friends and tries to encourage and help them. He comes across as mischievous as well often scamming the villagers out of their money and prized possessions. Tatsuo is very lazy and ofter references as to how boring life is thus leading to his sarcastic personality. After meeting and battlying with Shino, he developed a phobia for insects.

Curse of Redemption[]
Tatsuo holds the Curse of Redemption, this was a seal placed underneath the right eye of Tatsuo that containes the hatred of murdered spirits. This hate then created something known as a Redemption Demon; a demon comparable to Bjuu. This demons was then sealed into Tatsuo. When the seal is in use, Tatsuo's left eye turns from green to red and the scar like seal under his left eye begins to glow.
Because of this, Tatsuo's strength and power become comparable to that of a toad sage and he can use an external energy known as Harmony as opposed to using Chakra. Moreover, he becomes to track the movements of chakra as the normal 3 tomoe Sharingan would and his speed also increases heavily as well. Tatsuo can also see deceased spirits. Finally, Tatsuo can not only control his blood but the blood of others.
